What I collect. Your name, email, phone and the content of your message when you contact me. Your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter. If you become a client: session notes and any health information you choose to share with me.

Health information. Anything you tell me about your health is special category data under UK GDPR. I record it only with your explicit consent, given on the intake form at your first session, and I use it only to work with you safely.

Why I hold it. To answer enquiries, to run your sessions, to keep proper records, and to meet my insurer's requirements.

How long I keep it. Enquiries: 12 months. Client records: 7 years after your last session, as my insurer requires. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Who else sees it. Nobody outside this practice, except my website host (Hostinger) and [email provider], who process data on my instructions. I never sell your data and never share it for marketing.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how I use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@ricardasmiliusis.com and I will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with my response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
